General Questions
What are your hours?
We are open Monday thru Friday from 8AM to 6PM. Saturdays 8AM to 12PM (noon) and closed on Sundays. Feel free to call after hours to leave a message and a technician will return your call ASAP
Do you offer free diagnostics?
We do not charge a fee for any test that does not require disassembly of the device, but we do ask a $45 diagnostic fee anytime a device needs to be taken apart in order to properly identify an issue.
Does the diagnostic fee count towards paying for the repair?
Yes, the diagnostic fee will be credited towards the cost of labor for any repair.
Do I still have to pay the diagnostic fee if I think I know what's wrong with my computer?
Yes. Unfortunately, in order to offer our satisfaction guarantee, we must identify all issues with the computer before making repairs to ensure the end product meets our standards of repair.
Do you offer any sort of guarantee?
Yes. Our Service Guarantee is compost of two components. Our labor warranty covers all labor for 60 days and our parts warranty extends 30 past the manufactures/suppliers warranty. For more information about our Service Guarantee, please click HERE
How long does a repair take?
We diagnose and repair all devices on a first-come, first-serve basis. If parts are in stock, a mobile device repair can be completed that same day and computer repairs can be from 2-5 days.
Do you offer any type of rush service?
Yes. We can offer either same day of one day turnaround if the parts are in stock, but to accomodate the request we do charge a rush fee.
Do you service any products that are not listed on the website?
Yes. We would certainly be happy to take a look at any device to see if it is repairable, but we may not be able to offer our Service Guarantee.
Do you charge by the hour?
Most of the services we offer in our store are invoiced by the job and not by the hour. A few of our business solutions, custom builds and house-calls are at our rate of $60 per hour.
What is your service area for on-site repairs?
We service Eustis, Mount Dora, Umatilla, Leesburg and Tavares. If you don’t see your city listed here but are intersested in our service, please call or stop by to get a quote on a case by case basis. We will work to accomodate your needs.
Can I bring in parts I want installed on my computer and just pay for the installation?
Yes, although you may not qualify for our Service Guarantee
Can you do device repairs after hours?
Feel free to call our store after hours to see if any technician is available to complete your repair and we will work to accomodate your schedule if we can. We do ask for a $45 rush fee if the device is needed that same day.
Do you make business service calls after hours?
We offer consultations and repairs after hours if an appointment is made. For emergency repairs we do require an additional fee. Feel free to call or stop by our store during normal business hours for more information.
